      Faisal parked in front of Rawan’s house and looked at Dalal, “deray balech okay?”

Dalal nodded, “enshalla lat7ate..”

“Shloun ma7atee? Ako a7ad mayaf 3ala galba? Ako a7ad may7ate rou7a?” Faisal said in a warm tone.

Dalal’s face turned bright red; she looked at Faisal and said, “Faisal et7beni?”

Faisal held Dalal’s hand, “7abebty shal su2al?”

Dalal whispered, “Please jaweb..”

Faisal breathed out, “La Dalal ana ma7bich.. Ana amout feech.. Ana kel daga men dagat galbi etdig 3ashanich.. Entay malaktay galbe w 3agle w rou7e, yuba entay 9ertay kelshay eb denyty, ya aghla ma fee denyty entay..”

Dalal blushed and her heart beat really fast, “enzain Faisal?”

“3yooona?” Faisal replied in a dazed way.

“Please stop smoking..” Dalal looked at Faisal with hurt look.

Faisal nodded, “bedoun latgoleen 7abebty, I’m working on it.”

“Promise?”

Faisal nodded, “yes baby.”

Dalal smiled, “enzain come closer bagoolik shay..”

“Ha-aa?” Faisal said.

“Faisal come closer,” Dalal said as she leaned closer.

“Wayn wayn ayey?” Faisal moved closer to Dalal.

Dalal leaned in and whispered in Faisal’s ear, “I really had fun today, thank you 7abeby..” she quickly kissed Faisal’s cheeks and got down from the car.

Faisal felt as if he just got off a rollercoaster. His heart was beating so fast, and he was tongue-tied.

Dalal knew Faisal was speechless, she chuckled, “yalla Faisal I’ll call you before sleeping, tamer 3ala shay?”

Faisal looked at her with a dazed look, “akkhh 3alaich, salamtech ya rou7 Faisal. Take care baba.”

“I will,” Dalal smiled and quickly ran inside to Rawan.

“Waaaayyy waaaaay Rawaaaan le7gaay 3alaaay!!” Dalal shouted out as soon as she was in Rawan’s room.

“Eshfeeech???” Rawan sat up and paused her TV show.

“I’m madly and deeply in love!!!” Dalal breathed out

“Baaaih 3abali 3ndch salfaa!” Rawan did that malat 3alaich hand gesture and went back to watching her show.

“Rawaaaan yala 3ad 3a6eni wayh bagoolich shno 9aar!!” Dalal pleaded.

“Shno?” Rawan paused her show again and looked at Dalal with zero interest.

“Okay can you atleast fake being interested??” Dalal said coldly.

Rawan breathed out, “I’m sorry babe, bas my mind is just busy..”

“With the bader thing?”

Rawan nodded.

“Esh9ar?” Dalal asked

Rawan clicked something on her laptop and showed Dalal the email Bader sent her.

Dalal bugged her eyes.

“Rawan, laish Bader has those pictures of you??” Dalal said with a serious tone.

“Because I sent him those pictures and some of them ohwa em9awerhum, w al7een ga3d egooli ena he’ll blackmail me if I don’t go back to him!!” Rawan teared up.

“La jad walla ya 7aywaan??? Qaleel eladab!!! 3ala ayi asas yabeech w ye7bich la w yeg3ad ehadedch ! Shofay malech sh’3l feeh, ana gelt 7ag Faisal yet9araf.. Khalas lat7ateen!!” Dalal said with anger.

Rawan wiped away her tears, “Jad I wish I called you hours ago! Chan bas raya7teni w you didn’t have to come back, I would be fine!!”

Dalal smiled, “Laa Rawoon its good that you called, if you didn’t chan madri, I think I would’ve stayed with Faisal w maradayt..”

Rawan gasped, “Tell me esh9aaar!!!!!”

Dalal told Rawan exactly what happened and how she felt being close to Faisal.

“Bas Dalool ya3ne its not like the first time he holds you?”

“Eeh adrii, bas ya3ne its been a year since I’ve last seen him, a year since I was that close to him, fa lama he held me jad 7asait kel shay ebjesmi yarjif..” Dalal blushed.

Rawan laughed, “9ar shay Dalool? Golay el9jj!”

“What do you mean?” Dalal asked

“Ifff 3alaich Dalool, did you guys kiss wela la??” Rawan blurted out

“6AB3AN LAA!!!” Dalal bugged her eyes

“Men9ijch?? You never kissed? Not even before???” Rawan’s jaw dropped

“Nope never! Bas ohwa mayet mayet yabe, bas ana geltla nothing before getting married.” Dalal said with pride.

“3ayal mumken al7en etro7een tetzawjaina!!???” Rawan said.

“Olaa laaish?” Dalal chuckled

“Cause this just proves ena ohwa mayet feech! 9arlekum 3 years together, one of those years you broke up, w radayatw 7ag ba3ath, w he still wants you la w yabe yetzawjech without even getting one kiss???? Laa laa jad jad ohwa ghair 3an baji elshabab!! Dalool I’ll kill you, like literally choke you with my two hands if you don’t marry him!!” Rawan said

Dalal blushed and looked away, “I just kiss his cheeks, and he kisses my cheeks as well..”

“Laa 7abebty that does not count as kissing!” Rawan exclaimed.

Dalal smiled, “I really love him Rawoon.”

“I know babe, embayn men 3yoonch.” Rawan smiled, “And I’m really happy for you 7abebty!”

“Thank you so much, I swear you have no idea how much I’m grateful to have you!”

Rawan rolled her eyes in a sarcastic manner, “I know I’m so great!”

“Law allah bas efukna men hal theqa chan e7na bkhair!” Dalal said as she went to the bathroom to wash up before going to sleep.

Faisal got home shortly after dropping Dalal. He was so tempted to smoke a cigarette, but he made a promise to Dalal and was planning on sticking to it.

He went in and found Khaled and Sarah in the living room.

“Salam 3alaykum,” Faisal smiled

“Wa3alaykum elsalam! Ent waynik menzeman mu shayfik!” Khaled said

“Eeh walla kent lahy shway..” Faisal said.

“Hello Faisal how are you?” Sarah asked

“Hi Sarah, I’m doing well, and you?” Faisal smiled

“Likewise.” Sarah smiled and got up to go get something from the kitchen.

Faisal sat next to Khaled, “Khalood omy wayn?”

“6al3a weya Hayo, shway w radeen.”

“Chena ta2akheraw?” Faisal looked at the time; it was only 9:30.

“Laa F9aail 3adi, telgahum ebbait khalti Muneera shway w radeen.”

“Eeeh, okay..” Faisal said

“Eshfek? Shaklik et7ati shay?” Khaled asked

“Tathker Dalal?” Faisal said bluntly.

Khaled took a few minutes to remember who Dalal was, “eeeh, mu hathi ely kent etkalmha awal??”

Faisal nodded, “Lama al7een etkalmha? Wela falaytaw?” Khaled asked

“La lama al7een,” Faisal said

“Enzain? W shelmushkela?” Khaled asked.

“Batzawjha..” Faisal smiled

Khaled looked at Faisal, “Dalal AlFlani? Met2akid ya36oonik?”

Faisal gritted his teeth, “Ana bas abe afham shay wa7ed, laish kelma agool 7ag a7ad eny bakh’tha yeth7ak ebwayhi w yes2alni 3an retha ahlha??? Tara mu kelman edaqiq eb hal tefa9eel khalood!!”

“Enzain haad balek F9ail ana magelt shay! Bas mestaghrib, khubri maya36oon!” Khaled confessed.

“Laa ebya36on zain!?” Faisal scoffed.

“Gelt 7ag omy w obouy?” Khaled asked just as Sarah walked back into the living room holding a bowl of fruit salad.

Faisal nodded, “Awal shay omy marethat, ba3dain ana 3a9abat w Haya kalemat’ha w al7een ana rad elbait 3ala asas enha rathya w emkalma obouy.”

“Laish makant rathya? 3ashan 3aylat’ha?” Khaled asked.

Faisal breathed out; he hated how narrow-minded people can be. He hated how people in society judge a person by their family name or status.

“La makant rathya la2na ana geltlaha etro7 takh6bli Dalal al7een, gabl marid America.” Faisal said.

Khaled  gave Faisal a questioning look, “Eeh ta3al, isn’t it too fast? W ehya mu wayed 9gheera?”

Faisal shook his head, “Khalood she’s in her second year, w la it’s not too fast. Ana shethamni ena ard men America w still matkoon makh6ooba? A9lan ehya kanat makh6ooba 7ag weld 3amha, w falaw..”

“Ahaa, well then I really hope it goes well for you bro!” Khaled smiled

“What goes well?” Sarah asked out of curiosity.

“Remember the girl that you saw standing with me outside a couple of days ago? When she saw you kissing my cheek she got angry and she left?” Faisal said

“Oh yeah I remember her! She had a cute smile!” Sarah said

“Yeah he’s going to marry her!” Khaled said, “hopefully!”

Sarah beamed, “that’s great!!! I’m really happy for you Faisal! Congratulations!”

“Thank you Sarah,” Faisal smiled

“Ana mani embariklik lain kelshay e9eer officially!” Khaled said.

“Enshalla be9eer, bethn allah be9eer!” Faisal said.
